Kepa Drywall LLC ("Kepa Drywall" or "we") is a drywall contractor serving Metro Detroit, Michigan. This policy explains what information we collect through kepadrywall.com and by email, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us through the estimate form or by email: your name, email address, phone number (optional), city, the type of work, the year your building was built (optional), your job description and any photos you attach.
This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare your estimate, schedule visits and do the work you hire us for.
- To keep records of estimates, contracts, invoices and warranty questions.
- To ask for a review after a finished job. You can ignore it, and we'll ask only once.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list.
Who else handles it
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers estimate-form messages to our email inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, calendar and business records.
- GitHub Pages hosts this website. Fonts are stored on our own site, so viewing it doesn't contact any font service.
We may also share details with someone you've asked us to coordinate with, such as your general contractor, electrician or property manager, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep job records (estimates, contracts, invoices) for up to seven years for tax and warranty purposes. If you never hire us, we delete estimate requests within two years.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@kepadrywall.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
